Amazing group! They are such nice people, and they know their stuff too. After an ACL reconstruction at 19 and then a grueling college tennis career, I had chronic knee issues. At 23 I decided I couldn’t take in anymore and decided to give this program a shot. I went from being in so much pain I couldn’t sleep at night to being able to play the sport I love and so many other activities! And did I mention that happened in a little over a week? Don’t sleep on this method.
He goes into such detail and is so passionate about knees over toes. Its incredible to see. Keep it up, Ben!
