The Awe of Life

Wow. Dr. Means was one of the best podcasts guests I’ve ever heard. I’ve never even written a podcast review before but I simply had to. What an inspiration— and Liz does a great job interviewing and leading the conversation!

Plumeria2024 ,

Dr Means breaks it down into actions!

What an inspired guest, Dr. Casey Means.
Her advice cuts through all of the hype, to real world “try this at home” recommendations to improve your health. Not ironically, these are also good for the planet. what a rare and timely take,
in a hyper consumerized world.

Sahill Bloom Episode >>>

Sahill Bloom episode is a must listen!! I’m in my early 20’s and I’m a former athlete trying to figure out what the heck I’m supposed to be doing in life. I find myself always in a race to figure everything out and do it all at once and usually I just get overwhelmed and discouraged. After listening to this I am so excited to focus more on those small, actionable steps and micro habits that will be powerful but also manageable. This episode made me feel so understood (especially the portion about identity) and also inspired! Thank you, Liz!
