Duhhh

I have been listening to more podcasts lately about mental health/ psychology/ therapy/ trauma/ etc. and was not able to find one that I really truly enjoyed. And then I remembered that I follow Mastin on insta and love all of his videos. Yes! Exactly what I’m looking for. So insightful. It’s actual stuff. Not the “fluff” you might get with other podcasts.

New Hope

Mastin’s passion, vision, work and message have opened me to the possibility of truly healing. Prior to hearing his podcast and reading his book Claim Your Power, I did not think I could be “fixed.”

Now, I can see a path where there was none before. I’ve got a long way to go on this path but I am grateful to be on it.

Thank you.

Slow down

I was excited to listen to this podcast. I found myself feeling very anxious by his jumping from topic to topic, talking so fast. Felt like I was listening to a salesmen instead of a motivational speaker. Wanted to get immersed, just couldn’t
