My fav Podcast for Self Improvement

I’ve noticed a change in my inspiration from listening to this podcast! It is challenging how I think about myself and the world and how we heal as humans. I’ve always been in pursuit of my own self development and the things I’m learning here are propelling it faster than anything I’ve researched. This is not your average podcast so don’t be surprised if you hear some tough things that you haven’t heard anywhere else!

Always enlightening!

I love how much light this podcast shines on the mind and body connection. I always walk away appreciating my body more and think deeper and more clearly about what my body is trying to tell me. Also love Heather’s soothing and comforting voice!

Love it!

I love this podcast so much! It’s such a helpful tool to go along with all of your other tools! And I love that I can share it with people easier than suggesting they read the whole book 😂.

You guys are always asking for input, so here’s my two cents.
This might just really be a me problem, but I feel like I struggle to pay attention to the episodes with just Heather talking about a specific issue. I almost wish there could still somehow be a dialogue or at least a switching between speakers because I find it difficult to pay attention to just one person talking for some reason. But I still love those episodes so much!

I would love a podcast about “mental health” which I think you guys mentioned you are planning on which is exciting!
Also, I’d be curious to hear you all talk about people who are born with genetic conditions (aka they’ve had the condition since infancy).

Once again, love it!
