Amazing Podcast

I’ve been struggling a lot with my mindset recently and I can honestly say I never really cared for podcasts but randomly I thought let me find one that could potentially help. I found this one and started the first one all the way back in 2015 and I do not regret it. I’m hooked and her tips are amazing. I feel lighter already simply by knowing what to do and how to employ the techniques of mindfulness.

This podcast is fantastic and full of terrific tips and tricks to help you “be here now” and live a centered life. Rachel is an amazing host who shares her true life experiences in a very relatable way and her calming voice and honest and open approach makes her a great guide for your mindful journey.
