🤫🤫🤫🙉🙉🙉 Not alone

So happy for this podcast. I have Misophonia-chewing, utensils, low frequency bass, repetitive sounds. Hearing the interviews is soothing. Shared struggle and coping mechanisms are therapeutic. It can be debilitating and takes up time and energy to avoid sounds. I’m motivated to get accommodations for my next employment. So grateful for this community.

Best thank yous ,

Connection and Community

As a super sensitive person, I am often isolated out of the need for less stimulation. But as an extrovert by nature, this leaves me often depressed. Listening to this podcast helps me navigate better in the world, and be compassionate with myself, to appreciate my life as a sensitive person, to not feel so alone.

Schmoopyy ,

Too much background noise

Why are there all these random sounds. I was so happy to find a podcast on a subject like this and then halfway through the episode it sounds like white noise in the background. Is this on purpose? It's maddening.
