    Total Solar Eclipse Serenity Meditation

    Welcome to eclipse season. We are going to be experiencing a total eclipse of the sun this week and I thought it might be a good time to look at this eclipse energy and use it to its fullest. Eclipses are opportunities for major transformation; this is a time when the energies of the moon are more amplified and focused.  Solar eclipses always occur on the New Moon, and Lunar eclipses occur on the Full Moon.  It’s a very alchemical, transformative time. In today’s meditation we are going to start in the dark and work our way towards the light and transformation. You might want to have an eye covering with you.     Release Over Thinking

    Overthinking — also referred to as rumination — is when you repetitively dwell on the same thought or situation over and over to the point that it disrupts your life. Overthinking usually falls into two categories: ruminating about the past and worrying about the future.  In today's meditation we will use a couple of tools to release over thinking.     Embracing the New Year

    Happy New Year Everyone. Here we are in the beginning of a new year.  Oftentimes we find ourselves looking ahead to what this year brings. How we can expand, grow, change, shift, etc.  I’m bringing a different question to the table this year, what if instead of seeing 2024 as an opportunity to change yourself, you become perfectly content with who you are? Some questions to contemplate during this meditation: Who are you here to be this year? Where do you want to go?  What are you here to create? How do you want to feel?
