Love it but language is a bit outdated
Love the pod and am grateful for the free knowledge shared here! Really wish they used more trans friendly, gender neutral language when discussing menstruation and balancing hormones (this is not just a “women’s” health problem). As a trans person with pmdd the language they use keeps me from becoming a client of either of theirs.
Also hope one day their prices become more accessible so people without 2k or more to drop can afford their direct support instead of cobbling together a nutrition plan from the pod info and google! Still grateful for what is shared here and hope it stays free and focused on nutrition and not an ad for inaccessible services like many other white women led nutrition podcasts :)
