Great podcast for tactical athletes

Fireman and veteran. This company and podcast is the most relevant I’ve found to overall fitness for first responders. This has helped me more than any book, podcast, or program in my physical success in my job. I’d like to see Firemen on the show who’ve implemented 02X in their daily lives, and see how they tailor it to their profession.

One of my favorite podcasts!

I’m a student physical therapist interested in working with tactical athletes. Love listening to this podcast to hear more from people in the field! Would be interested in hearing from more tactical PTs

Insightful

Wonderful work done at O2X! Love it! Introduced at work in Fire service, we had an event with them, still host video chats, and Im starting to listen to podcasts now!! More info on fire service and the whacky 24 hour or 48 hour shifts (as opposed to other first responder police 12hr shifts). I want to know the impact a long shift like that has on mental health, sleep health, being “on edge” and ready to respond for a prolonged period of time like 24+ hours consistently. Difference between 12hr shifts and 24+hr shifts!!

Thanks O2x!!
