This podcast host is very dedicated to omad! Unfortunately there are no new podcasts. What there is here are terrific practical ways to succeed with OMAD. I recently found her but am enjoying her podcasts. She will help many with her practical advice for us who are searching for real advice in this mode of living.

This is the best inspirational and practical intermittent fasting I’ve found! Host is excellent interviewing others and is so fun to listen to. It’s too bad she’s no longer creating podcasts but I’m so grateful for what is available!
