Fascinating Podcast

Recently found your podcast and am really enjoying it! Truly appreciated episode 460 with 80-year old Naturopath, John Coleman, about Parkinson's Disease, trauma, toxins and infections. What really resonated with me was his candid retelling of his journey, how he learned to love himself in order to heal after the death of his son. Tons of amazing takeaways about Parkinson's in this episode!

My latest go to podcast

I highly recommend listening to Steph! She has good conversations, deep thoughts, and I’m never left feeling pressured to do anything. She presents the facts, she asks the questions, and she brings on guests that have opened my mind to thoughts I would have never thought about. And even topics that I wasn’t all that interested in, not only did I learn about that certain topic, the conversation grew into places it hadn’t started. Real conversations, without the guilt of not being good enough. Listen and learn!
