There, the ballpark’s head electrician gives them a tour of the elaborate system that keeps the lights on—and turns them off. Feeling as much like invaders as investigators, Sam and Mac learn who had access to the lighting controls back in 1997, and they stumble upon a key detail in the case.

Really enjoyable

I heard about this ahow from listening to the Dan Lebatard Show. It's a wonderful blend of humor and story telling. Despite the potential baudy content, the guys tell the story in a tasteful but intriguing way. Lesser podcasters could have made terrible puns like, Costner was trying to enter her Field of Dreams, or Kevin was trying to show her he was hung like a Bull Durham, or the Postman was trying to show Mrs. Ripken he could deliver his packeage, or some innuendo involving Waterworld, but they didn't. Although they don't reference, "For the Love of the Game" or the monologue in the woods in the Blair Witch Project, it is still highly enjoyable and a fun listen.

Intriguing

As many twists and turns as a waterpark slide!

The Thinking Person’s Tabloid

For a show whose focus is investigating a sensational rumor from the 90s, this show stays vigilant about the muck it rakes. Very fun listen for a baseball fan (all I can speak to) and I would imagine entertaining even to the ambivalent.
