I deleted my old 5 star review for this one. Unfortunately, in doing my own research into what is happening between Israel and Gaza… I can no longer support these women. I looked past their mother, their disgusting views on the environment, their political views and anything I disagreed with, but can no longer financially support this podcast. I miss the chatter but it’s what is right.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless I want to say something positive but leaving this one in hopes that it will contribute to some change on this podcast bc I don’t want to stop listening. I love the humor that Claudia and Jackie have but their focus on weight, skinniness, and their obvious lack of touch with how privileged they are financially compared to several of their listeners makes this show tough to listen to at times. I adore the show at its core but some of these elements are really ruining some of the episodes.

I used to love The Toast for the humor and banter, but I can’t listen anymore. I think I wanted to believe they weren’t this way and could tolerate outrageous takes on celebrity gossip, but reporting false and misleading information about what is happening in our country while living in their own echo chamber is hypocrisy at its finest. Their one-sided takes on the Kirk and Kimmel situations sealed it for me.
