Fantastic!

I just found this podcast and the program of 99 Walks. It’s been so motivational and makes it easier for me to get more movement in my week. Their byline is that you can change your life in 99 walks. It’s so true. Since beginning the program, I’ve intentionally been getting more walks in. I’m feeling lighter and more motivated. The podcasts are fun and light and so informative. I thought I’d listen to one of two & move on to another podcast channel. But I just kept listening to podcast after podcast of 99 Walks. So fun. Thank you.
