Helps me cope with healthcare emotions

I’m a fourth year pharmacy student who is seeing the effects of burnout, a jaded mentality, and fear about the job market pervade my industry, and this podcast is helping me develop the mindset and habits I need to not become another burnt out healthcare worker. It is so comforting to hear other healthcare workers describe the same emotions and needs I see in myself and my colleagues, and I’m grateful for the level of vulnerability you show on your podcast.

I listen to this podcast religiously!

I’ve followed D since she was on the bachelor and had JUST enrolled in my first nursing prereqs when this podcast came out. Listening every week has encouraged me so much and made me all the more confident in my decision to pursue nursing. You ladies are the BEST!
