Hi. Super exciting news. So The Alcohol Experiment book is being released. Actually it got released just a few days ago with the expanded edition. What does expanded edition mean? It means that every single day throughout the book there are deep reflective journal entries that have been added with space to write which is so cool and so exciting. So you really make it your own. And, the reason I did this is because I truly believe that the deepest wisdom you will access throughout the 30 days of The Alcohol Experiment comes from within you. You know more about what’s best for you than anybody else in the entire world. And I know sometimes that can be hard to believe but when you really access your own wisdom it is so profound. So you can pick up your own copy at alcoholexperimentbook.com and check it out. It’s really powerful.

EP 486: Coaching Questions with Scott Pinyard

In this month’s coaching questions, This Naked Mind head coach Scott Pinyard welcomes TNM coach Marilin Colon. Marilin’s niche is helping cancer survivors and people who want to improve their overall health by changing their relationship with alcohol.
Join Marilin and Scott as they discuss the following listener's questions:
I’m in a constant state of panic and am triggered by all the things that are happening in the world. I fear not being able to stop drinking but don’t know how to manage it all. How can I work through this physical and mental feeling that is all-consuming? I’m struggling with my non-negotiable goal of not drinking when I’m home alone. I’m having trouble committing to it and often slip back into mindless drinking (even though I know relaxation fades after the first glass.) Please help me find strategies to commit. Tune in to find out how the coaches answer these questions. Be sure to check out Marilin’s important message about her personal journey with alcohol and surviving breast cancer.
Let me ask you a question. What is better than change? Lasting change, of course. If you've had trouble making change stick, either with alcohol or in any other area of your life, you are in for a treat. I created the 100 Days of Lasting Change to ensure that we don't just change for a moment, but we truly transform for a lifetime. This program is so close to my heart. Thousands of people have been through it, and their results are incredible. But don't take my word for it, check it out at thisnakedmind.com/100days.

Hi, it's Annie Grace. I wanted to interrupt this podcast, I guess the end of this podcast, to say that if you are totally serious about actually truly and forevermore transforming your relationship with alcohol, really leaving it behind in the rear view mirror for once and forever more, and changing your psychology about it, we have a program called The PATH that is created specifically for you. Now it's not for you if you are still dabbling or still trying to figure out where you want to be or maybe even still want to moderate.
All those things are fine, but if you are beyond that and you're like, "No, I just want to be done with this. I'm ready to invest some time and I'm ready to just make this happen." I want you to check out nakedmindpath.com, and join us in The PATH where you can truly make this lasting change you want in your life. Ruined alcohol for me (in the best way)

This approach is amazing and has helped me in so many ways, in addition to me feeling in control of of myself and alcohol - something I’ve struggled with for years.

Life changing!

Thank you!!!

Love the stories

I love this podcast! Hearing stories of other people like me who have re-evaluated their relationship around alcohol has made this change feel so much more normal and possible. I don’t know anyone in my personal life who is sober so this has been so impactful.
