A helpful podcast for women in physicians
I really like the practical tips and suggestions on simple ways to change your mindset, not just about health behavior change but life and work in general. I have listened to a few women physician turned health coach podcasts, and this one has resonated with me the most.
A really wonderful podcast
This is a must listen for any physician. Clearly for a physician like me who struggles with weight and self care, but I suspect even physicians who have a good relationship with food will also benefit from this podcast. Dr. Key’s insight into the struggles we face as physicians and healthy approaches are wonderful. It is easy to come across as preachy and place blame on the physician - “you have burnout because you don’t do enough yoga or are doing it wrong” - but Dr. Key is honest about her struggles and portrays empathy for physician’s struggles.
