Trojan War: The Podcast is a serialized telling, in contemporary language, of the myriad stories from Greek mythology that together comprise the greatest epic of Western culture: the story of the Trojan War. All the great characters from Homer’s Iliad are here – Achilles, Helen of Troy, Odysseus, the Olympian Gods – and all the famous moments from the story – the Trojan Horse, The Judgement of Paris and Achilles Heel. Episode after episode, Jeff Wright, the storyteller, delivers a conversational, fast-paced, literate, and addictive, performance.

How come I didn’t hear this sooner??
First podcast I’ve listened to all the way through since the original Serial.
Addicted to listening
Never thought I’d be “addicted” to a podcast about the Trojan war, but here I am? Some of the best to listen to story telling I’ve ever heard.
Fun, engaging and bingeworthy- a Canadian Demodocus!
Jeff’s retelling of the stories around Troy is a delightful trip back through the names, characters, and wacky adventures of Ancient Greek myth and legend. Following the bard tradition, Jeff brings the stories alive for a modern audience with his unique take and insights into human nature.
OK, I listened to 7 episodes in a row yesterday so I thought I owed him this review—now, back to the binge! I hope nothing bad happens to Iphigenia lol...
