    From Symptom-Chasing to Sticky Results

In this bonus episode of the Unreal Results Podcast, I sat down with LTAP™ Level 1 alum and fellow athletic trainer, Jen Tirillo (aka JT the AT), owner of Concentric Care and Wellness in Connecticut. With over 20 years of experience in athletic training, plus certifications in yoga, strength training, and more Jen shares her journey of stepping outside the traditional sports medicine “box” and finding a system that finally made everything click. We talk about: Why she was drawn to LTAP™ after years of feeling like something was missing. How shifting from chasing symptoms to a whole-systems assessment approach has given her clients results that stick. The power of validating what patients already know to be true about their bodies.A case story of a veteran whose decades of pain shifted when unseen layers of her history were revealed. How LTAP™ integrates with other trainings, like the Missy Bunch neurology mentorship, and why it’s not just “another tool” but a framework that makes all tools more effective. The importance of reps, trust in your hands, and doing the personal work as a practitioner to truly support clients.Whether you’re in private practice, working with athletes, or just curious about bringing a more whole-human approach into your clinical care, this conversation is packed with insight and inspiration. Ready to join the REVolution? The Fall 2025 Online Cohort of the LTAP™ Level 1 is open for enrollment! Considering the viscera as a source of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction is a great way to ensure a more true whole body approach to care, however it can be a bit overwhelming on where to start, which is exactly why I created the Visceral Referral Cheat Sheet. Applying The LTAP™ From 80-Year-Olds to Athletes: LTAP™ Alumni Interview

In this episode of the Unreal Results podcast, I sit down with physical therapist and LTAP™ alum, Greg Moe, to explore how he’s using the LTAP™ framework with a completely different population than my own: older adults. Greg shares his journey from relying on trial-and-error treatments to finding a clear, principle-based system that gives him confidence and helps him stand out in both clinical practice and business. You’ll hear why the LTAP™ has been a game changer for him, not just in restoring movement and relieving pain, but in helping clients regain hope. We also talk about how Greg adapts LTAP™ principles for an older population where traditional inhibition tests or mobility measures aren’t always reliable, and why stepping back to see the body through a whole-systems lens changes everything. Greg shares some incredible case stories, from stubborn knee pain that resolved after addressing the rib cage, to dramatic posture changes in patients who had “structural” limitations that weren’t so fixed after all. Whether you’re working with older adults, active clients, or anyone in between, this conversation is packed with insight on how to apply LTAP™, restore confidence in your practice, and help patients believe in what’s possible again. REPLAY: The Missing Link- Live Training #2

In this live training call from the mini-course: The Missing Link, we build on the foundation from Call #1 and show how to interpret and apply the SI Joint Mobility Locator Test inside real clinical scenarios. What you’ll learn in this replay: Why adding a breath hold to your SI joint test is the missing link that reveals visceral, CNS, or neurovascular drivers. The 3-round protocol for assessment + treatment → reassessment, so you stop chasing symptoms and start peeling back protection patterns.Practical treatment options you already know (breathing, spine mobility, self-massage, neuro drills) reframed through the whole-organism paradigm. How to explain the SI joint “traffic cop” test to patients without overcomplicating it.Case scenarios: wrist pain, sciatica, and shoulder pain—all solved by letting the SI joint guide treatment sequencing. Why assessment precision > more treatment tools for achieving outcomes that stick.Anna also shares what’s ahead in the full LTAP™ Level 1 Course, opening for enrollment on September 29th, and how this paradigm shift is helping clinicians achieve better results. Raising The Bar On Patient Outcomes

Do you really think 60–80% success rates over 2 weeks to 8 months is successful? I don’t. In this episode of the Unreal Results podcast, I answer a great question someone recently asked me in the Missing Link Facebook group: what are my success rates? I break down why I think the industry average doesn’t cut it, and why I confidently guarantee results in just 1–3 visits. I also dig into what “success” actually means, why context and nuance matter, and how clarity in assessment can shift outcomes, sharing real-life cases from pro athletes to clients with complex, long-haul health issues. If you’re tired of mediocre results being considered “normal,” this episode will give you a fresh perspective on what’s possible for your clients and for you as a clinician. Getting Remarkable Results In Rural New Zealand: LTAP™ Alumni Interview

In this episode of the Unreal Results podcast, I sit down with physiotherapist and LTAP™ alum, Storm Baynes-Ryan, who brings a whole-human approach to care from her rural practice in Gisborne, New Zealand. Storm shares how stepping away from physiotherapy to raise her four kids shifted her perspective on empathy and the importance of treating people, not just diagnoses. She brings that perspective to powerful case studies of stubborn shoulders, decades-long back pain, and even an old farmer who walked away pain-free after just a few visits.  All because she knew where to start. We also talk about what it’s like to learn the LTAP™ entirely online, and how she applies the same principles successfully in both hands-on and virtual sessions. If you’ve ever felt stuck with a client who isn’t progressing, or wondered how to get consistent results without fancy techniques, Storm’s insights will inspire you to see assessment and treatment through a new, whole-body lens. In this special episode of Unreal Results Podcast, I share the replay of Live Training #1 from The Missing Link (Fall 2025). You’ll learn how one change to your assessment—adding a simple breath hold—reveals whether the viscera, CNS, or peripheral neurovascular system is driving a patient’s presentation, so you can stop chasing symptoms and start getting faster, stickier results. What’s inside: Why most clinics plateau at 60–80% success—and how to break that ceiling without overhauling your entire approach.LTAP™ overview: 5 orthopedic-based assessments guided by osteopathic principles to pinpoint the true driver (viscera/CNS/peripheral NV vs. MSK).SI joint as the “traffic cop”: A reliable gateway into whole-organism status (and why this isn’t just a “low back thing”).Standing March Test walkthrough: Setup, light-touch palpation, what “normal” looks like, and the exact breath-hold cue that changes the result.Interpretation that actually guides treatment: When the breath hold changes the test vs. when it doesn’t—and what to do next.Adapting the test for scoliosis, spinal fusion, neuro conditions, and how to handle high-pain states.Join the mini-course this week: https://movementrev.mykajabi.com/the-missing-link-fall-2025 Considering the viscera as a source of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction is a great way to ensure a more true whole body approach to care, however it can be a bit overwhelming on where to start, which is exactly why I created the Visceral Referral Cheat Sheet. Treating My Own Ulnar Nerve Entrapment

In this episode of the Unreal Results podcast, I take you inside a case study of ulnar nerve entrapment and hand pain - ME! These symptoms are something I’ve dealt with in the past, but after doing a lot of hands-on work with clients recently, they flared up again. So I thought this was the perfect opportunity to share my thought process with you of how I would assess and treat this. I walk you through the history of my symptoms, the classic entrapment sites for the ulnar nerve, and why treating the elbow, wrist, or hand first rarely solves the problem. You’ll see how the real drivers often trace back to the cranium, first rib, and central nervous system, and why addressing those areas made the biggest impact on my mobility and pain. I also demonstrate practical assessment and treatment strategies you can use right away. From checking carrying angle and pronation to applying simple nerve glides, skin lifts, and manual release strategies. Whether you’re working with athletes, clients with upper extremity pain, or even your own nagging symptoms, this episode will give you tools and insights to approach ulnar nerve entrapments with a true whole-body lens. Combining the LTAP™, Shockwave, & Laser For Better Results - LTAP™ Alumni Interview

In this episode of the Unreal Results podcast, I sit down with athletic trainer and LTAP™ alum, Maria DelliVeneri, to explore what it looks like to run a private practice that blends regenerative medicine, shockwave and laser therapy, and whole-body assessment. Maria shares her journey from working in high school and collegiate athletics to serving an older, but still very active, population in Bend, Oregon, and how she’s using LTAP™ to get breakthrough results with some of the most complex cases. We dive into how she integrates neuro-visceral assessment with modalities like shockwave, what it really takes to help clients who have “tried everything,” and why meeting patients through a lens they already understand can make treatment stick. Maria shares powerful case examples, from helping clients avoid unnecessary exploratory surgery to restoring lost range of motion after knee replacement. If you’re a clinician looking for new ways to approach chronic pain, stubborn movement limitations, or combining advanced modalities with whole-body assessment, this episode will expand your lens and show you what’s possible when you treat the whole system.
