Empowering, Enlightening, and Informative

This podcast is enlightening, empowering, and informative all at the same time. Their approach is very forward thinking (and logical!) in explaining the way our bodies move, and the role that muscles play in the pain we experience. It's a perfect fit for the person who wants to take responsibility for the way they move and feel. I've found it extremely, extremely helpful for me!
