Cup of Tea

Stephanie and Elizabeth are my cup of tea. They keep it fresh and real week after week, bringing us all the info and musings on every “wellness-y” topic. The guests are amazing (the feng shui eps). The roses and thorns segment should exist 4eva. ✌️
