Consistently Great podcast

Recently found this podcast and really enjoy it! Especially appreciated the Imposter No More episode with Dr. Jill Stoddard. What really resonated with me was such a candid conversation about how we need to be aware of the values we want to model to our children even in our failures. I appreciate your podcast so much. I addition to going to my local gym to exercise, I also go to the local community college track to walk 3-4 times a week. While I listen to other podcasts during my walk, you can best be sure that I listen to Wellness While Walking too! The topics are so informative and it helps keep me company and makes my walk more enjoyable. Keep up great work.
