We dive deep into the world of parenting. Anita brings her honesty and relatability to the conversation, giving us hope and practical advice without sugarcoating the realities. Comforting and Inspiring
I’m typically not a podcast fan (who has time for podcasts?!) but I attended Nicky’s Burnout Prevention workshop and It helped me realize that I was dangerously close to burnout. I’ve since introduced a 30-min walk/jog to my day for the benefit of my mind and body, so it’s a perfect time to listen to Nicky’s podcast and have some “me” time. It’s comforting to know that others are going through the same challenges, and I learn some great tips on how to take care of myself so I can show up for others, be more positive, and balance work life and mum life. Thank you Nicky!
So glad I found this podcast
I found this podcast by searching for a meditation for working moms on a Monday when I felt completely overwhelmed and like my world was spinning out of control. I listen to it while taking my daughter to and from school. It’s helping me tremendously as I navigate being a new working mom. I am learning to be more in tune with my body and my thoughts to help deal with stress and actually enjoy my life. Highly recommend!
