Debbie Waidl ,

A must listen for those ready to feel great again!

I am a big proponent of natural healing and as a functional health coach support women struggling with migraine pain and symptoms. Your podcast, Sugar Cravings, Your Brain on Sugar, What Choices to Make for a Better Gut Health resonated so much with what I teach my clients in the FFM protocol....talking about how our gut affects every aspect of our life. Like many of my clients, I struggled with gut issues for years and once I focused energy and healing there, I saw a dramatic shift in my life. A must listen for anyone with digestive issues.

Such great gut health tips!!

wow such great info about gut health and metabolism. Love that it’s science based, to the point, and easy to apply to your life. Also helpful that the episodes are short. Can’t wait to come back for more tips on gut health, metabolism, and hormones!

My new favorite nutrition podcast!

This concise podcast is jam-packed with information. The first episode gave great background on the misinformation on microbiome fungi and answered common questions we all might have. Loved the discussions and tips from one of the leading researchers in the microbiology field. Kylie’s upbeat energy is infectious! As a busy physician I’m always looking for concise, relevant, science-based resources and am very happy I have this podcast to look forward to!
