I’m in Love
Sep 22
I came across this podcast by chance about 2 weeks ago while looking for something to listen to before a flight. I started with the Disney season and became so enthralled that I finished it before returning home from my trip. Now, just 2 weeks later, I’ve finished the seasons on Facebook, dating apps, and just a few moments ago, the season on Apple. Every seasons is executed so well, being engaging, informative, and concise all at the same time. Loving it and looking forward to more!

If I wanted a puff piece on Walt Freemason child abuser Disney I would go back to the Disney family museum… and at least they mentioned the racism, antisemitism, and misogyny. And being like “he really loves America”… he was an FBI informant on all of Hollywood. This company deserves no good will anymore. To end my review I’m just gonna mention the Uyghurs suffering in Xinjiang.
Really interesting!

I truly enjoyed this other look to Disney. Growing up in the Nickelodeon era and going to Disney parks as a kid really placed everything into perspective as to the how Disney has become what it is today. Would highly recommend listening.
Disney Season- But No Frozen??
Aug 24
I’m enjoying the Disney season a lot. But how does episode 3 focus on the “decline” of Disney Animation barely mention Frozen? It basically skips from Lion King to Wish as an example of how far Disney Animation has fallen. To not focus on one of the most successful animated franchises of all time seems to be a major oversight.
