I knew she was safe and taken care of, but everything in me wanted to be home with her. That experience became one of the most pivotal moments that pushed me to realize I needed another way to make money. I couldn’t just quit my job, we needed my income, but I knew I didn’t want working motherhood to always feel this way.  In this episode, I’m sharing how that moment led me to discover virtual assistant work and how building this new option eventually gave me the flexibility and control of my motherhood that I was looking for.
