    Boundaries and Relationships

Do you struggle to set boundaries for yourself? You are not alone! So many people who call in to Dear Gabby have people-pleasing tendencies and override their own needs because they’re afraid of hurting someone else. If this sounds like you, this episode will serve you greatly. I’ll share a 4-step method that will help you set boundaries with love, communicate more clearly, and bust through anxiety and uncertainty in relationships. This really works!

The following are helpful resources and books I mention in the episode:

Here are the 4 steps to creating boundaries with love, which I talk about in detail on today’s Dear Gabby. Bookmark this page and come back to this guide anytime you need to set a boundary. This takes practice, so be patient with yourself as you apply these steps.
    Step 1: Center into love.
Step 2: Get crystal clear on the boundary you want to set, and with whom.
Step 3: Let go of the other person’s reaction.
    Step 4: Be patient.

Do you feel powerless about what’s going on in the world? This Dear Gabby is for you. This very special episode features my talk with a Polish psychologist who’s determined to help people stay spiritually resilient while witnessing the war in Ukraine. Bibibra ,

Thank you for yet another gift!

Dear Gabby,

These podcasts are so incredibly generous of you. It gives us so much. To me they are blessings from the universe which has clearly chosen you as a messenger! Thank you for your dedication to help others navigate this journey called “life”. I haven’t yet been able to overcome the fear of dreaming and asking for my dream life but I am closer, thanks to you! Light and love, Brigitte

Little R&R ,

Gabby, you are a life saver

I just listened to the podcast "Do you have adult Tantrums?"
That is a episode that I needed to hear. I have a 17yr old that I am trying to repair our relationship. I love how you both say "It is never too late". That gives me hope that her and I will connect again.

Hugh Daniel ,

I love gabby! (But too many ads!!)

Love Gabby and follow all of her work. The episode about patience was amazing… but had wayyyy too many ads. I think I counted six or even eight long ads. One or two an episode would be more reasonable and palatable for listeners, six to eight makes me not want to listen! Other than that - great content in this episode.
