    115. The 3 Hardest Things Nobody Warned Me About Losing 65 Pounds (And How I Got Through Them)

Not just physically, but emotionally, psychologically, and in ways that nobody prepares you for. And that silence does so much damage. The hard parts are where the real transformation actually happens.
