Deepest condolences

My heart goes out for you in many ways. I identify with your feelings. My father is also battling cancer but is surviving longer than what the doctors have said. I will reflect what you said and try to express my love for my dad. It is hard but I do forgive him, for his sacrifice coming to Canada from Thailand with no family support in the 1960s.... your podcast resonated with me. I am going to try to talk with him about his past and share them with his grandsons so they, and myself, can have his memories. Thanks! My thoughts are with you and your family. - Mayuri

Hi Chef,
Thank you for spreading your thoughts and knowledge. I’m enjoying listening to your podcasts. I’m wondering and hopefully that our industry will see a shift in regards to food waste when we resume to our new normal. Thank you for sharing your onion story.
I really took from what you said about us being quick to judge. We need to honour what ingredients we have especially in our current situation.
Happy cooking!!!
