Rob Beckett meets his match with our creamy pea pasta with crispy garlic sausage

Fortunately for him, resisting temptation isn't on the menu. Comedian, presenter and podcaster Rob Beckett joins Nick and Angela to chat about the return of Channel 4's Tempting Fortune. As host, Rob guides twelve strangers through an 18-day trek across the Malaysian jungle, where every temptation comes with a price tag attached to the group's £300,000 prize fund. Luckily for Rob, there are no such strings attached with the Dish menu. It's been a long time coming, but cottage cheese finally makes its Dish debut. Taking centre stage in Angela's creamy pea pasta with crispy garlic sausage, the protein-packed favourite swaps in for the recipe's mascarpone. The dish is served alongside another of Rob's staples, Robinsons Apple & Blackcurrant Squash, and is paired with a bottle of Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Quincié, selected by the Waitrose wine experts for its bright acidity and ability to balance the creamy sauce. While any hopes of Celebrity Traitors gossip are swiftly shut down, Rob's ongoing rotisserie chicken rivalry proves to be much easier territory, with Angela on hand to share a few trade secrets, courtesy of friend and chef James Ferguson. The conversation soon turns to Rob's strong views on regional delicacies, why couscous remains low on his list of favourite foods, and his reluctance to cook for other people. That said, hand him a spatula and he might just be persuaded otherwise… The new series of Tempting Fortune is out now and available to watch on Channel 4. Typically British, a comforting ritual and a calorific onslaught - the Sunday Roast is part of the weekly routine for many. Jimi Famurewa assesses the combination of meat, potatoes, sides and all-important gravy to examine why we keep coming back for more. He visits the Bank Tavern in Bristol where table bookings are harder to come by than Glastonbury tickets. Jimi explores the global appeal of the Yorkshire pudding with food writer Elaine Lemm and takes a trip to a branch of the self-styled "home of the roast" the Toby Carvery. Along the way food historian Annie Gray explains how roasts cemented themselves in British culture. Also, Irish "roast detective" podcasters Emer McLysaght and Esther O'Moore Donohoe reveal the language they've devised to describe the carvery experience while touring Ireland on the hunt for the perfect roast dinner. Frieze in London, Tarek Atoui at Tate Modern, Sienese sculptor Francesco di Giorgio

It’s Frieze week in London, and as usual we take the opportunity to take the temperature of the market in London, and more widely, at the fair. Joining Ben Luke in the tent in Regent’s Park is The Art Newspaper’s art market editor, Kabir Jhala. At Tate Modern, the annual commission for the Turbine Hall is Hold, a work by the Beirut-born artist Tarek Atoui, and Ben visits Tate Modern to talk to him. And this episode’s Work of the Week is Francesco di Giorgio’s Deposition of Christ from the Cross with a Group of Donors (Federico da Montefeltro and His Family), a bronze relief made in 1473–74. It is one of the highlights of an exhibition that opened this week at The Frick in New York, Siena: The Art of Bronze, 1450–1500. Ben talks to the curator of the exhibition, Giulio Dalvit. Stephen also spoke beautifully about fatherhood, and the phenomenal success of Adolescence, plus we hear about his meetings with Bruce Springsteen, his love of meditation, and the exciting news that he’s reuniting with Leonardo DiCaprio for Heat 2! Antiques dealer Will Fisher was obsessed with English country houses from age seven – a fascination that sparked a lifelong pursuit of beauty. Will grew up in southeast London, the son of two working-class teachers, and persuaded his parents to take him on country house visits, dreaming of recreating their beauty in his own home. Today, Will is one of London's most respected antiques dealers. Alongside his wife, Charlotte Freemantle, he owns Jamb, which is known for its refined fireplaces, lighting and furniture. Their shared home in Camberwell is a treasure trove of objects amassed over a lifetime. In this conversation, Will talks about his serendipitous journey into the world of antiques, his experiences of dyslexia and feeling like an outsider, and how he's created an environment that helps him feel at home in himself. He also speaks with remarkable openness about a traumatic experience in his teens that had a lasting impact on his mental health.
