I did this for the first time and honestly the rest of my day went so peacefully. I felt like nothing would bring me away from the calmness. Highly recommend
Terrible sound quality

I only listened to a few of these and the sound quality is awful. In some of them you could hear traffic in the background 😅
Oddly stressful

It’s weird to be introduced to a meditation podcast by someone who tells us their job title is “Sales Director.” Perhaps that’s why the preamble was all about how great they are and encouraging listeners to leave a review (and here it is…). When the meditation finally starts, there was lots and lots of talking, with no silence. Not very meditative at all. In fact it was so I relaxing, I gave up after about 6 or 7 minutes.
