Warm, wholesome, and another word starting with W that means educational

Queer as fact is as educational as it is enjoyable.
It is useful for helping me feel like I have some idea of what my partner is going on about (they have just finished their masters in history with a huge queer and music slant)
It’s every isolated queer’s desire to experience the warmth of connection and friendship that is felt when listening to each episode.
Bonus is that you all have the same accent as my and my partner’s best friend, which is wholesome (we are English)

Fantastic and accessible

This is such a great podcast, with fascinating informatin presented in a super accessible manner. in addition, the inclusion of the research sources on the QAF tumblr and the transcripts make it way more transparent than many history podcasts out there.

The history teachers you wish you had at school

I love listening to you guys. You are so entertaining and informative (sometimes need to stop myself from laughing when in the office). Would not have learnt about any of these fascinating people at school. So good that you are bringing these wonderful people back to life. Only up to episode thirty, and have enjoyed every single one. Think my favourite ones so far were the ones about Yoshiya Nobuko and Tove Jansson (but have loved every one).

Just listened to the fan fiction from one of your listeners, and oh my that was brilliant!
Thank-you 😊
