#552 - The Best MCP Skills & Prompts We’ve Seen Yet!

Turn hours of Amazon research into minutes with these Helium 10 MCP prompts and skills that uncover keyword gaps, ad opportunities, product risks, and smarter ways to grow your e-commerce business faster. What if hours of Amazon research could be completed in just a few minutes? In this episode, Bradley Sutton explores how sellers can utilize Claude Skills and Prompts with the Helium 10 MCP to streamline complicated workflows involving Cerebro, Keyword Tracker, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Profits, and Ads. Instead of downloading reports and comparing spreadsheets manually, sellers can use a single prompt to uncover competitor strategies, seasonal keywords, organic ranking gaps, and overlooked advertising opportunities.   Bradley also explains how reusable AI skills can take this automation even further. He demonstrates an Amazon Recommended Rank skill that reveals how Amazon interprets a product and which keywords it considers most relevant. This can help sellers understand why a listing is struggling to receive impressions, discover valuable keywords with no organic placement, and identify stronger advertising opportunities based on Amazon’s own relevancy data.   The episode also highlights creative submissions from the Helium 10 MCP Skills and Prompts hackathon contest. These include tools for diagnosing product performance, completing in-depth ASIN teardowns, analyzing Search Query Performance data, researching keywords across multiple marketplaces, reallocating advertising spend based on organic rankings, and scoring new product opportunities. Each example shows how sellers can transform fragmented data into clear reports, visual dashboards, and prioritized actions.   The biggest opportunity, however, is not simply copying somebody else’s workflow. It is creating prompts and skills designed around the exact needs of your business. Whether you want to audit advertising performance, monitor keyword rankings, automate monthly inventory reporting, or evaluate your next product idea, AI can help you make faster and better-informed decisions. Start building your own workflows today, because the sellers who learn to turn data into action will be the ones best prepared to grow tomorrow. PS. #550 - This TikTok Shop Lost 96% of Its Sales

Why did a TikTok Shop brand lose 96% of its sales? Discover what went wrong and the creator strategy being used to revive it, rebuild momentum, and drive more Amazon sales. What happens when a TikTok Shop brand generating approximately $200,000 per month suddenly loses 96% of its sales? In this episode, Bradley Sutton welcomes Chris Lyell, CEO of Octane Labs, to examine the dramatic decline of Grooved Learning and reveal the strategy his team is using to rebuild it. After falling to around $8,000 in monthly revenue, the brand provides a powerful case study of how quickly momentum can disappear when a TikTok Shop content engine stops running. Chris discovered that the product itself was not the problem. The brand’s leading creators had moved on or been recruited by competitors, communication with affiliates had slowed, older videos were no longer converting, and its advertising campaigns were configured incorrectly. Meanwhile, less expensive competitors continued publishing fresh content and capturing more of the market. To restart the engine, Chris and his team are producing 100 UGC videos with 100 different creators, re-engaging the brand’s former top performers, and creating contests that encourage affiliates to turn one product sample into multiple videos.   The conversation also breaks down how new brands can generate their first TikTok Shop sales without an established creator network. Chris explains how paid creator platforms can help sellers build an initial library of content, create social proof, and attract more experienced affiliates. He also shares how to write concise creator briefs, structure commissions, use targeted collaborations instead of crowded direct messages, and continually feed fresh content into GMV Max campaigns. Without that steady flow of new videos, even successful TikTok Shop listings can lose momentum within weeks.   TikTok’s impact can extend far beyond sales completed on the platform. Chris has seen branded Amazon searches increase by 600% to 700% after products gained attention on TikTok, helping sellers reduce PPC dependence and improve their overall margins. The lesson is clear: TikTok Shop success is not built on one viral video. It comes from creating a repeatable system that supports creators, produces content consistently, and turns attention into momentum across every sales channel. Build the engine, keep fueling it, and even a struggling brand can find its way back to growth. In episode 550 of the AM/PM Podcast, Bradley and Chris discuss: 00:00 - Introduction 02:27 - How TikTok Reduced Amazon TACoS Below 4% 06:03 - The TikTok Shop Brand That Lost 96% Of Its Sales 08:34 - Why The Brand’s Creator And Advertising Engine Collapsed 12:40 - The Recovery Plan To Win Creators Back 15:55 - Producing 100 UGC Videos With 100 Creators 18:45 - Building Creator Momentum From A Cold Start 23:45 - Using Creator Purchases To Generate Social Proof 27:25 - Why Fresh Content Is Essential For GMV Max 32:42 - Automatic Versus Manual GMV Max Campaigns 36:39 - Targeted Collaborations Versus Direct Messages 38:55 - Structuring Commissions And Managing Product Samples 43:11 - How TikTok Shop Sales Create An Amazon Halo Effect

#548 - All About AGL: Amazon Global Logistics

Discover how Amazon Global Logistics could simplify your supply chain, reduce surprise fees, speed up FBA inventory, and change how you ship products globally. Getting inventory from your factory into Amazon FBA can be one of the most complicated parts of running an ecommerce business. Between freight forwarders, customs, placement options, unexpected fees, and changing transit times, sellers have plenty of decisions to make. In this episode, Bradley Sutton sits down with Alex Berry, who leads Amazon Global Logistics (AGL), to break down how the program works and where it fits into an Amazon seller's supply chain.   Alex explains how AGL differs from traditional freight forwarding, including Amazon Managed Placement and Seller Managed Placement. Sellers can choose between different approaches for getting inventory distributed across Amazon's five US regions, while AGL also offers air, standard ocean, and fast ocean shipping options. The conversation also tackles Incoterms such as FOB and DDP, Amazon Customs and Trade (ACT), payment options, and one of the biggest headaches in international freight: unexpected fees. Unlike the common "Bill One, Bill Two" model Alex describes in the freight industry, he says AGL provides the price upfront without a second bill filled with additional charges such as detention, demurrage, or driver wait times. But AGL is continuing to expand. Alex shares updates on dangerous goods support, including electronics with batteries and upcoming lithium-ion battery capabilities, as Amazon works toward supporting more than 99% of ASINs by mid-2027. He also discusses faster routes into the eastern US, premium ocean service into Europe, expanding international shipping lanes, contract pricing for qualifying sellers, and plans that could eventually allow sellers to use AGL to ship directly to non-Amazon destinations such as their own warehouses and 3PLs. Ready to explore Amazon Global Logistics? Visit http://h10.me/agl to learn more, start the onboarding process, and get approximately 8% off your first AGL shipment as a first-time user. Helium 10 Elite members: Keep an eye on your inbox for a separate AGL link specifically for Elite members. Whether you're already using a freight forwarder or simply looking for more options, this episode offers a closer look at what Amazon is building on the logistics side of the business. The biggest lesson isn't necessarily that every seller should switch to AGL—it's that sellers should understand their true landed costs, shipping speed, placement strategy, and supply chain options before deciding what works best. The more efficiently you can get inventory where customers need it, the better positioned your business is to stay in stock, protect margins, and keep growing. In episode 548 of the AM/PM Podcast, Bradley and Alex discuss: 00:00 - Introduction 00:38 - Everything You Need To Know About AGL 03:11 - Inside Amazon Global Logistics 07:26 - AGL Vs. Traditional Freight Forwarders 10:27 - How AGL Inventory Placement Works 13:19 - Understanding FOB And DDP Shipping 15:37 - Customs, Duties, And Payment Options 18:01 - Using AGL For Multichannel Selling 19:43 - Avoiding Surprise Freight Forwarding Fees 22:02 - Shipping Hazmat Products With AGL 23:59 - Air, Standard, And Fast Ocean Shipping 25:51 - New AGL Features Coming For Sellers 30:00 - How To Get Started With AGL

#546 - 10 New Tools & Strategies to Grow Your Business

In this episode, Bradley shares 10 new tools and strategies for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart sellers, covering AI research, ad tactics, inventory, indexing, and smarter profit tracking. What if you could uncover keyword indexing problems, research entire Amazon niches with AI, monitor sales across marketplaces, and find new advertising opportunities in a fraction of the time? In this episode, Bradley Sutton breaks down 10 new Helium 10 tools and strategies, plus 2 bonuses, built to help Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart sellers make faster, more informed decisions.   The episode dives heavily into new Helium 10 MCP capabilities, including Black Box Niche research, historical price, BSR, review, and search volume data, Index Checker, Product Targeting, and competitor research.
