Why You've Hit a Ceiling (And It's Not Your Fault)

If you've been showing up consistently in your coaching business — posting, emailing, showing up on stories — and you're still not seeing new clients, this episode is for you. It's not a content problem. It's not an offer problem. It's not a mindset problem. It's a traffic problem. Specifically — a warm audience ceiling problem. In this episode I'm breaking down what the warm audience ceiling actually is, why almost every coach hits it at some point, and what has to change for your growth to start moving again. In this episode we cover: Why doing everything "right" still isn't producing new clients What the warm audience ceiling is and why it's invisible The difference between a content problem and a traffic problem What cold traffic actually means (it's not as scary as it sounds) The two ways to get cold traffic into your business — organic and paid The three-layer system I use in my own business to reach brand-new people every single day Links mentioned: The Full Visibility System — the complete three-layer course that walks you through organic visibility, a self-funding freebie funnel, and a scaling plan — with a worksheet for every module and everything you need to have your system live within a week. 👉 https://lindsaymaloneycoaching.thrivecart.com/the-full-visibility-system/ If you loved this episode: Share it with a coach friend who needs to hear it. And make sure you're subscribed — next week I'm breaking down the full three-layer visibility system so you can see exactly how organic, paid, and scaling work together.

One Instagram Post Got 59K Views - Here's Why It Worked

I posted on Instagram every day for a week. One post got 59,000 views. Another got 2,600 views. Same account. Same audience. 22x difference in reach. So I pulled the data to figure out what the heck happened. What I found changes everything I thought I knew about Instagram. Spoiler: It's not about comments. It's not about likes. It's about one metric everyone ignores. In this episode, I break down: • Why Day 1 went viral (310 saves, 59K views) • Why the comment test completely failed (189 comments, 2,800 views) • The undeniable pattern across all 7 posts • What makes content "save-worthy" (and why it matters) • What I'm testing in Week 2 This is Day 10 of my 90-day Instagram experiment. I'm posting every day, tracking everything, and sharing what actually works for real business owners running real businesses. No fluff. No guru BS. Just data. Week 1 Results: • Day 1: 59,109 views | 310 saves | 416 comments • Day 2: 6,403 views | 8 saves | 16 comments   • Day 3: 4,344 views | 4 saves | 9 comments • Day 4: 4,079 views | 13 saves | 29 comments • Day 5: 3,703 views | 5 saves | 43 comments • Day 6: 2,798 views | 5 saves | 189 comments (comment test) • Day 7: 2,652 views | 12 saves | 53 comments The Pattern: Saves drive reach. Every single time. Key Takeaway: Instagram doesn't care if people comment. It cares if people SAVE. What Makes Content Save-Worthy: • Deep relatability ("This is SO me") • Reference value ("I'll need this later") • Shareable truth ("My friends need to see this") • Emotional resonance ("This put words to what I'm feeling") • Actionable insight ("I can use this") Follow the 90-day experiment on Instagram: @lindsay_maloney

How to Make Money Before You Create Your Offer

Pre-selling is one of the smartest ways to make money as a coach. You get paid upfront, validate your idea before spending weeks creating it, and commit yourself to finishing. In this episode, I'm breaking down the complete 9-step system for pre-selling any offer - from planning to launch to post-sale transitions. In This Episode: - Why pre-selling is smarter than creating first, launching second - The 3 benefits of pre-selling (money, validation, commitment) - Step 1: How to decide what you're creating and pick a delivery date - Step 2: Creating simple branding (one Canva image is enough) - Step 3: Teasing it on social media before launch - Step 4: Creating a simple checkout page (no long sales page needed) - Step 5: Launching with urgency (time, money, or results) - Step 6: Selling daily until delivery date - Step 7: Creating the product after you've been paid - Step 8: Switching from pre-sale to live (what to update) - Step 9: Selling again once it's live Key Takeaways: - Pre-selling validates your idea before you waste time creating - You only need a simple checkout page, not a long sales page - Pick a delivery date and commit to it - this holds you accountable - Create urgency with time, money, or results - Email your list 1-3 times during the pre-sale week - Once it's live, segment buyers and sell to non-buyers again **Resources Mentioned:** - Pre-Sale Profit Course: https://lindsaymaloneycoaching.thrivecart.com/pre-sale-profit/ - ThriveCart: https://linzi900--checkout.thrivecart.com/thrivecart-standard-account/ Connect with Lindsay: - Instagram: @lindsaymaloney - Website: https://lindsaymaloney.com Subscribe & Review: If this episode helped you understand how to pre-sell your offers, subscribe to the Book Your Dream Clients Podcast and leave a review! The $43 Offer That's Made Me Over $250,000 (5,700+ Sales)

One offer. $43. Over 5,700 sales. More than $250,000 in revenue. In this episode, I'm breaking down exactly what this offer is, why it works, how I created it, and what you can learn from it. Plus, I'm sharing how this one low-ticket offer books most of my high-ticket clients and why strategy beats mindset every single time. In This Episode: - What The Dream Client Code is and why 5,700+ coaches have bought it - Why $43 specifically (the psychology behind the price point) - What makes a low-ticket offer convert at scale - How a $43 offer books high-ticket clients - The order bump and upsell strategy that increases average order value - Why coaches need strategy, not more mindset content - 5 lessons you can apply to your own low-ticket offers Key Takeaways: - You don't need a million offers - you need ONE that works - Low-ticket can be highly profitable ($43 x 5,700+ = $250K+) - Solve a real problem with a real strategy (not mindset shifts) - Make your low-ticket offer the front door to your business - Let each offer lead naturally to the next with order bumps and upsells Resources Mentioned: - The Dream Client Code: https://lindsaymaloneycoaching.thrivecart.com/the-dream-client-code Connect with Lindsay: - Instagram: @lindsaymaloney - Website: https://lindsaymaloney.com - Email: hello@lindsaymaloney.com Subscribe & Review: If this episode helped you see what's possible with one solid low-ticket offer, subscribe to the Book Your Dream Clients Podcast and leave a review! Why AI Won't Replace Coaches (But It Might Replace YOU If You Don't Do This)

AI is everywhere - ChatGPT, Claude, and countless other tools that can answer questions, give advice, and create content. So are coaches being replaced by AI? In this episode, I break down what AI can't replace, who's actually at risk, and exactly what you need to do to stay irreplaceable as a coach. Plus, I'm sharing a 5-question quiz to help you assess if you're relying on AI too much. In This Episode: - What AI can't replace (the human element of coaching) - Why some coaches are at risk of being replaced - What makes you irreplaceable as a coach - How I use AI in my business (and how you should too) - 5 things you need to do to stay irreplaceable - Quiz: Are you relying on AI too much? Key Takeaways: - AI can't provide human connection, empathy, or accountability - Coaches who hide behind generic content are at risk - Your personality, values, and lived experience make you irreplaceable - Use AI as a tool to work faster, not to replace your voice - Show up as a real human being - that's what people pay for Resources: - Shop my courses: https://lindsaymaloney.com/courses - Work with Lindsay: https://lindsaymaloney.com/work-with-lindsay - Read the blog post version: https://lindsaymaloney.com/blog Connect with Lindsay: - Instagram: @lindsay_maloney - Website: https://lindsaymaloney.com - Email: hello@lindsaymaloney.com Subscribe & Review: If this episode helped you, subscribe to the Book Your Dream Clients Podcast and leave a review!
