Love every podcast. Can we have a guest come in and talk about how to detect second hand smoke (vape, cigarette, weed) in condos (coming through walls and vents) and apartments. What specific devices to use and what to do when condo associations and landlords won’t help. I think people would really find this information helpful and interesting. Secondhand smoke kills.

This is an amazing and very informative podcast. It has helped me look at what I put in my body in a very different way. It also has helped me look at the world in a different way than I did before.

As a mom and wife who has found a passion for doing things in the healthiest possible way for her family - I find myself re-listening to episodes all the time. Each time I listen to an episode something new really sticks. As a new listener it may be overwhelming play these episodes because you feel like you need to do everything all at once but in time you learn that persistence of small changes helps keep stress at bay. I enjoy Alex’s way of thinking because most times before she even says the phrase “now I know my listeners are probably thinking…” I was indeed starting to think exactly what she brings up :)
