    The Season 1 Finale of The Scalable Freedom Show + BTS January

    The Scalable Freedom Show is stepping into a new chapter. After years of audio-only episodes and the intimacy that comes with that, I’m taking you behind the scenes of a big shift we’re making this year. We’re moving into video podcasting, and in this episode, I share why now, and why it matters. We talk about the real reason video is worth it, not because it’s trendy, but because it changes discoverability. Audio has been an incredible way to nurture this community and build trust, but video gives the show a new way to reach people who would never find us otherwise. It becomes a gateway into the business, while still keeping the same honest, conversational feel you’re used to.  I also share what’s actually changing and what isn’t. The audio episodes are staying exactly where they are, and you’ll still be able to listen as normal. We’re simply adding the option to watch on YouTube, and I’ll be honest about the learning curve that comes with speaking to the camera.     My Biggest Life (and Business) Challenge in 2025

    As the year wraps up, I’m pulling back the curtain on what’s really been going on behind the scenes in my life and business. On the outside, life might look like a highlight reel. My daughter Sunny is thriving, my marriage with Che is stronger than ever and our home feels like a sanctuary. But beneath the surface, this year has tested me in ways I never saw coming, and I want to share the real, messy middle with you. In this episode, I open up about the duality of motherhood and ambition, and how navigating ADHD, sleepless nights and shifting identity made every win feel a little harder earnt. I talk about what it took to let go of the pressure to do it all and how narrowing my focus to what mattered most, my family and keeping the business steady, helped me show up where I was truly needed. I also share how honest conversations with my inner circle have been a lifeline, and why embracing self-awareness became my anchor through the chaos.     I Asked My OBM Why She Thinks We’re a ‘Successful’ Business. Her Answers Shocked Me…

    I asked my OBM, Nivek Harrison, why she thinks our business is successful, and her answers shocked me. As the festive season rolls in and I'm deep into planning for 2026, I figured it was the perfect time to pause and reflect on what's already working. I've been trying to identify our strengths so we can really leverage them in the new year, and Nivek's perspective gave me three insights that I think will shift how you think about your own business too. In this episode, I break down the three things Nivek said so quickly, straight off the cuff, as though she'd been sitting on the answers. First, we talk about moving fast with intention and why smart speed is completely different from reckless rush. I share how we know when to hit the gas on ideas that align with our strategy and when to park shiny distractions. Second, we explore decisiveness and why trusting your gut while filtering advice through what feels right for your business changes everything. The secret isn't to overthink or freeze with indecision, but to execute thoughtful actions quickly.  The third insight was about embracing the chaos and handling the many moving parts that come with running a business without making a fuss about it. I share the trick to knowing which issue is the top priority while accepting some messiness along the way, because business, much like life, isn't always tidy.     Selling A Mastermind Right Now? Focus On This Type Of Buyer

    The reason your mastermind isn't selling has nothing to do with your offer. You're targeting the wrong buyer. As we step into December, I want to share insights on something crucial for anyone selling a mastermind: understanding the right kind of buyer to target. So many people struggle because they're going after the wrong clientele, and it completely undermines their ability to sell effectively. In this episode, I break down what I call the "high standard buyer" and why the premium buyer is often misrepresented in the online world. I explore the three key characteristics that make high standard buyers different: they make decisions from certainty rather than needing constant reassurance, they're investing in your leadership and vision rather than just outcomes, and they prioritise ROI and identity over emotional gratification. Understanding these distinctions changes how you communicate and market your mastermind entirely.  I also share practical strategies for converting the high standard buyer, including how to develop a tailored authority marketing and content strategy that grabs the attention of those already in your network who are ready to make a move. This isn't about having endless testimonials or being famous. It's about speaking clearly to the results you can achieve and evolving your approach as your ideal client evolves.
