I was randomly led to Michelle's podcast about a week ago while searching for something to help with negative though spirals and depression. I have only listened to about 4 episodes but I swear I have gained so much from each one!
Everytime I start to feel intrusive thoughts or spiraling coming on I play her podcast while walking or at the gym. It has helped me tremendously.
I love the rawness & vulnerability she provides when telling her story. I relate to a lot of the traumatic experiences she shared & really have found hope here. Thank you so much!
