This podcast is a gem. Thank you thank you for your efforts to create it. I am 10 weeks postpartum and have been meditating with this podcast almost every day for weeks. So gentle and helps me stay grounded in the chaos.

Wonderful for Pregnancy and Postpartum

I listened to this podcast to help me sleep, manage anxiety, and maintain a positive attitude leading up to the birth of my son about a month ago. I’ve now been listening to some of the episodes geared towards postpartum mamas and have loved them! Thank you for these lovely mindfulness practices for us busy mamas, to take a little time for ourselves 💖

I’m so grateful I found this podcast!! I haven’t meditated since my daughter was born (a year ago!) and this is EXACTLY what I needed & have been missing. It’s a breath of fresh, calm, blissful air. And I’m so happy its focus is on motherhood. Thank you!! ✨🙏

I am currently in my second trimester and I listen to one of the Meditation Mama’s guided meditations every night before I go to sleep. It helps me calm my mind and body, connect with my baby-the beautiful life form growing inside of my, and express gratitude for my body and all of the amazing things it is capable of doing to bring a child into to the world. Sometimes I’ll listen to it multiple times throughout the day especially if it is a hard day or if I am taking a bath. It helps center me, and reminds me to stay present because this short time will soon pass. Thank you Kelly for creating this resource for mamas like me!

Kelly’s voice is so soft and soothing! Her beautifully worded guided meditations and affirmations have gotten me through prenatal worries, labor contractions and now postpartum stress and sleep deprivation.
