    One conversation many real estate agents feel uncomfortable having is the buyer representation agreement. Some agents worry that bringing up the agreement will scare buyers away or make the relationship feel too formal. Because of that, many realtors avoid the conversation completely. But the buyer representation agreement actually creates clarity, protects both parties, and helps establish a professional working relationship. In this video, I’ll show you what to say when buyers don’t want to sign the buyer representation agreement, and how to explain it in a way that feels natural and professional.
