*Top 10% Global Ranked Podcast! Is anxiety a persistent struggle for you? Do you feel constantly triggered, even when nothing is causing it? Do you love God, but question if that is enough to stop the panic attacks? You are in the right place! This podcast is designed to help women like you find freedom from anxiety through faith-based solutions, real conversations with real women, and step-by-step anxiety strategies. Hi, I’m Ashanti, founder and host of the Get Free From Anxiety podcast. For years, I suffered from major postpartum anxiety, that ultimately became chronic anxiety. I would open my eyes to a racing heart, avoid eating any foods that triggered stomach problems, and had panic attacks multiple times a day. I tried everything from breathing techniques, to exercise, even meditation! But nothing I did gave me the freedom that I was searching for. Then, one day while googling medications for anxiety, I remembered something: God never meant for me to live like this! From that moment on, I knew that if I wanted to be free, I needed to partner with Him, revive my faith, and start renewing my mind.  God showed me His plan for peace, and I’ve been living in it ever since. Now, I’m sharing it with you. If you want to have the ability to: silence anxiety,  stop having panic attacks,  feel good physically again,  all while growing a deeper, closer connection with God,  This podcast is for you. #129 | Enough Overthinking Already! Get in Control of Your Mind with 2 Easy Hacks

If you've ever felt like your mind is on a hamster wheel — spinning, spiraling, going and going with no off switch — this episode is for you. Overthinking is one of the sneakiest ways anxiety gets a foothold in our lives. As women, we've practically been conditioned to do it. We replay conversations, catastrophize situations, and exhaust ourselves before anything has even happened. And the worst part? The more we try to think our way out of it, the deeper we go. I've been there. I was there just this past weekend. My feelings got hurt by someone I love, and I found myself spiraling — questioning my value, my worth, wondering what I did wrong. That overthinking cycle is real, and it can take you down fast if you don't have the right tools to interrupt it. That's exactly what this episode is about. I'm sharing the two simple, Bible-based hacks I use every single time I find myself caught in an overthinking spiral. These aren't complicated. They don't cost money. You don't need a new app, a new routine, or a fancy system. You just need to be willing to do the work, and I promise, it's not as hard as you think. These tools have helped me go from emotionally unstable, unfocused, and spiraling… to grounded, clear, and at peace. And they can do the same for you. If you're tired of anxiety stealing your focus, your sleep, and your joy... if you're ready for a faith-first approach that actually works, this episode will give you a practical, powerful starting point. Also mentioned in this episode: My brand new beta coaching program for women who want to stop panic attacks and keep them from coming back is completely free for our first 25–50 beta testers! #128 | Why You Can’t Seem to Relax and How Boundaries Will Turn Things Around as a Christian Woman

Let's talk, sis. I know what it's like to wake up feeling already behind, to move through your whole day without a single breath, and to fall into bed at night still carrying everything. I know what it's like to want to rest and somehow feel guilty about it at the same time. That's exactly why I needed to have this conversation with you. In this episode of Get Free From Anxiety, we're talking about something so many of us are walking through quietly — that invisible pressure to keep going, keep producing, keep showing up for everyone else while your own cup runs dry. We're unpacking where that relentless drive really comes from, because I'll be the first to tell you: a lot of the time, it's not someone else pushing us. It's us. And once we see that, everything changes. We're also diving into the power of boundaries — not as a trendy self-care buzzword, but as a genuine, God-honoring tool that can give you your peace back. As a Christian woman, as a mom, as someone who has been there, I want to walk you through practical steps to help you finally slow down, breathe, and be still before God. Because sis, rest is not laziness. Rest is not irresponsible. Rest is something Jesus himself practiced, and you are allowed to follow in His footsteps. This episode is full of real, actionable takeaways to help you: Identify what's quietly stealing your mental energy every single day Start saying no without the guilt Create space in your life for true rest,  without everything falling apart Use your faith as your foundation for the boundaries you set And yes, I'm walking through scripture with you too, because God's Word has something powerful to say about all of this. If you've been running on empty, feeling like you can't turn your brain off, or wondering why relaxing actually feels impossible for you, then press play!  Don't forget: I have a free 30-minute training video linked below where I walk you through my three-step process for replacing anxious thoughts with new ones, rooted in God's Word. It comes with a worksheet, it's completely free, and it's a game-changer. Go grab it! https://getfreefromanxiety.myflodesk.com/egworkshop
