    The Win in Life Meetup didn’t start with some huge master plan. It started because I went to Equip Expo, got around people who were willing to share the game, and realized how powerful it is when people actually want to see each other WIN. What started as small meetups back home in Pittsburgh eventually turned into hundreds of people coming together every year at Equip Expo to build relationships, compete, have some fun, and celebrate each other’s wins. In this episode, I’m telling the entire story from my first Equip Expo in 2021 to 389 people showing up in 2025, the YouTube Rally passing the torch, and what’s coming October 21st at the 2026 Win in Life Meetup at Vernon Lanes.
