Sensitive Stories has become such a meaningful podcast for me, especially during moments when anxiety or depression feels overwhelming. There have been so many episodes where I’ve found myself listening and thinking, “This is exactly how I feel.” There is something incredibly comforting about hearing someone put words to emotions that I sometimes struggle to explain myself.
What I love most about this podcast is that it doesn’t just tell you to “think positive” or simply push your feelings aside. It helps you understand why you feel the way you do. Learning about sensitivity, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the way our minds respond to difficult experiences has helped me have more compassion for myself.
I also appreciate that I walk away from these episodes with real, practical takeaways. These aren’t just conversations that make you feel good while you’re listening—they give you things to think about, tools you can actually use, and different ways to approach those difficult moments when anxiety or depression starts to take over.
Most importantly, this podcast has helped me feel less alone. When you’re someone who feels deeply, worries deeply, and sometimes gets overwhelmed by your own thoughts and emotions, it can be easy to wonder if you’re the only one experiencing these things. Sensitive Stories reminds me that I’m not.
There is so much validation here, but also so much hope.
This podcast has helped me better understand myself, be kinder to myself, and feel more grounded when my anxiety is loud. It has reminded me that being sensitive isn’t something I need to be ashamed of or “fix.” It’s part of who I am—and learning how to understand it has made such a difference.
Thank you for creating a space where people can feel seen, heard, understood, and validated. ❤️
We're listening to this podcast because of what we go through - anxiety, depression, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling like you feel things more deeply than the people around you, Sensitive Stories is absolutely worth listening to.
Sometimes hearing someone say exactly what you’ve been feeling is the reminder you need that you’re not alone. ❤️
