Religious faith in religious narratives is a lie. If you want to live by lies, embrace religion. My God does is not a liar. Apophatic theology does not have an Abrahamic origin, but a Hellenistic one. Whether God is the genderless, transcendent, ground of being or a decentralized network or both, it doesn’t matter if you “believe” or not. What is, is. And you have NO possibility of ever understanding what is. Have some humility. Shut up and stop telling people how to relate to the numinous.

I’m mostly just surprised that any of you still have employment, especially but not limited to Ross and his interview style of pure prostration and supplication.
