    Family Ties to Family Tri's

    Volunteer host Mickey Moore is joined by Clement Allen and his daughter, Jamila Allen, a father-daughter triathlon duo, for a conversation about the journey they have shared together. They discuss their unique relationship as they compete alongside each other while pursuing individual goals. From completing their first sprint triathlon in 2010 to finishing 12 Ironman races together, Clement and Jamila reflect on the challenges, triumphs and lessons that have strengthened their bond.
