    Today we have a combination of really powerful tips and takeaways as well as grounded research, so you can see that this energy of gratitude can actually flood your system with incredible energy, with feel good neurotransmitters and endorphins. It is the energy of abundance. When we feel how much good there is around it helps us to expand that instead of always looking to what's missing or what could be better, which is very lack-based and keeps us small and constricted.

    Gratitude is something that we can all learn to tap into and it can only benefit your life from a health perspective, an energetic standpoint, and an abundance in your financial realm. Of course abundance expands beyond that realm and into relationships and abundance of fulfillment, and love, and enjoyment in our lives.

    It's a very powerful energy and I wanted to dedicate today's show with some real research behind this phenomenon of gratitude and how important it is to incorporate it into our self-care routine on a daily basis. I'll give you some guidance and what and how much it can really benefit you and your life. And I can say from personal experience that when I started to understand energy in a deeper way and I started to understand how much lack-based energy I was putting out into the world, I started to really shift into gratitude and so much opened up in my life, in my career, and in my relationships. And it's something that is experiential and something I believe you can experience in your own life.

    6 Simple Food Principles for Increasing Your Vitality and Longevity

    Food is one of our Four Cornerstones with the others being body, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth. And we wholeheartedly believe that we really need to pay attention to all of these different aspects of our wellness in order to really feel our best and in order to really create true health and vitality. You may say to yourself, well, what does vitality really mean?

    I love this whole concept of vitality because it takes us beyond just the quantitative measurements that sometimes we equate with our health, like our weight or other ways we measure things. Vitality is more expansive. Vitality is our aliveness, our confidence, our overall life force. It's the energy that we bring to each day, it's our enthusiasm. And it truly is a big component in feeling truly joyful and successful in your life. And we know that as humans, we're eating every day unless we're cleansing or fasting. And that food has a tremendous impact on our energy and on our vitality.

    Today I'm offering 6 key principles that you can apply to your life in terms of your diet and how to approach food in order to really elevate your vitality. And also not to block energy, deplete yourself unknowingly, which after working for many years with many different clients and readers, I find we all are here to feel our best, to feel good, to feel deeply connected. And so all this information that we share and pass around to each other is really important for our own wellbeing and our own knowledge, so we can apply that to our lives.

    We in different ways feel this pressure to be something, to look like something, we compare ourselves, we end up feeling superior at times, and often inferior. And this has a huge detrimental impact on our happiness, our peace, our joy, and on our wellbeing. It's really something that needs to be addressed.

    And so whilst we generally may know that we're low in self-esteem or we're lacking in confidence, we need tools. We need to know what to do to actually shift it. And today I am very excited to give you four concrete tips for helping you to rebuild your self-esteem.

    And as someone who has struggled with a lot of self-esteem and self-doubt in the past, I can say that these four tips I'm giving you are right from my heart, and they really do work. And it's not a switch, it's not an on and off thing. There is a process to this of healing, reframing and recontextualizing. We're having this conversation together and putting some light and awareness on this is part of the healing journey.

Inspirational!

Kimberly is living a life that provides me with inspiration! She offers substantiated facts, ideas to improve our wellness, and an open minded perspective. She shares about herself enough to connect with listeners, but not to turn the focus to herself. I have so many areas of life to focus on following Kimberly’s tips! The variability of duration in her podcasts is helpful.

Just what I need!

I started learning more about Kimberly Snyder in the last year or so, but really became more drawn to her and her work more recently. I believe this has come to me at the right time. I am half way through You Are More Than You Think You Are and I listen to the podcast regularly. Kimberly, you have taught me at almost 50 years old that I am ok as I am and that I can focus on being me and bringing my gifts to light. I don't have to chase someone new as I always had been in the past...looking to be better, more...I absolutely love your teachings and want you to know you have touched me. Thank you!

I never leave comments or reviews, but I am compelled to let the world know that Kimberly is truly special. She is the real deal. I have been following her through her books and podcasts for over ten years, and it has been a pleasure to follow her on a my own health and wellness journey. Like many of us, I found Kimberly when I was looking to shed a few pounds to both look and feel better. However, over the years I have seen Kimberly’s message evolve into something much deeper, much more powerful and more holistic.
