Educational but too many commercials
04/08/2024
I enjoy the topics and information but for a short podcast there are way too many commercials.
Waste of time
Feb 15
In less than five minutes I had enough information to realize this podcast host has no idea what she’s talking about. She stated that there’s no evidence that sugar makes cancer grow, that it has a negative impact on immunity, or that sugar consumption puts one at increased risk of diabetes. Is she living in a fantasy world or in the payroll of The Sugar Association? Good grief. There are better, more informed voices in the podcast space. I won’t waste another minute of my time on this one.
Rolling my eyes

This is what is wrong with healthcare and our food industry. Ultra processed food labeling leads to ‘inequality’ and ‘alienation’ really??? How about we find ways to get better foods at better prices?!? UPF provide nutrition, and no health risks…..seriously??? Mainstream dietitians need to do a bit more digging and learning.
Ten year listener

I’ve listened for 10 years and just realized I’ve never rated or reviewed. I hope Monica never stops making this podcast.
All Ads & Stating the Obvious
06/29/2024
5 minutes of ads, 5 minutes of telling you to eat a healthy, well balanced diet (stating the obvious). and 5 minutes of *very lightly* touching on a particular concept.
Love your podcast

I like the short and frequent episode ! Very educational and supported by research . May I invite you to be a guest in my podcast Medicine for good which will be resurrected soon and will be done more on shorter version inspired by yours ! Thanks Julieta Gabiola
Unbiased and clear

I love listening to the Nutrition Diva podcast. The hostess explains everything very clearly and covers a wide range of topics, but my favorite reason for loving this show, is that she doesn’t focus on fads and trends, just good old-fashioned facts and science.

Well-balanced, fact-based research. Opinions on everything from diets to foods to popular myths. I love this podcast!
Not sure it’s truthful

I did only listen to a couple of episodes but in the one she talks about how cereal isn’t bad for dinner like we think I myself find that to be unhealthy to promote as cereal does contain not only a ton of sugar and dyes but some are made from fillers which have no nutritional value
Wonderful podcast
