At last.... ,

This is it!

I have been searching for something, not really knowing what that something was until I found Dr. Deb's podcast. I thought I needed another weight loss model that would be "The One" to carry me through the rest of my life. Dr. Deb's approach is so different and spoke to me so very clearly. I love the fact that she gives you the Companion Guide for free! I have gone back to it several times already to really grasp the program and review. I found out that I already know what to eat and what is great fuel food for me. I am on episode 50 and can't believe the impact all this information has had on me already over the past 3 weeks. I have lost 6 lbs., I am so happy, sleeping better and can't wait for more information, listening to real client's coaching sessions and Dr. Deb's great outlook and sense of humor. Working from the inside out, I am getting to know my real self and how important it is to be so very kind to me.

This is just what I needed.... had a rough week at work and was searching podcasts for looking within ME. Your podcasts popped up. I have not stopped listening ever since. It totally relates to my day to day not just food. Looking inner is a winner. Thank you so much!!! You are awesome.

How does she know what I'm thinking?

I found this podcast through a colleague. Since she told me about it and her weight loss success, I have been listening to it at least once a day. I am on episode 76 and it has only been about two months. In the beginning, I thought to myself, “How does Dr. Deb know I am thinking that?”… She seemed to know exactly what I would say in my head in response to her reframing, as she would state, “Now I know you are probably thinking…” I recommend this podcast to anyone who has hit dieting rock bottom and is ready to get to the source of the issue rather than continuing to use diets as band-aids. Dr. Deb’s message is compassionate, inspiring, and witty—and will help listeners to learn how to work with their bodies rather than attacking themselves through sabotaging thoughts and behaviors.
