Hello From Katie ๐Ÿ’— The Scariest Part About Living on Autopilot + Course Waitlist Goodies!

Hello Beautiful, I'm so grateful you're here with me. It's been a hot minute since I've come here to say hi to you, but I've been having my head down creating a magical course just for you. It's called Meditate to Magic: Activate Your Intuition, Shed the Stress and Live Your Life Aligned. It teaches you how to use the tool of meditation to know yourself deeply and courageously create a life you truly love. Get on the waitlist here now because this week, everyone on the waitlist is getting early access with a 50% discount! https://go.womensmeditationnetwork.com/waitlist Now...here's a story for you... โ€œI was talking to my favorite uncle this past weekend,โ€ my friend said.  She was telling me a story about how she had gone to the East Coast of Florida to visit her family.  Sheโ€™s from there and loves it.  She wants to move back there, but there are a lot of โ€œpracticalโ€ things keeping her on the West Coast.   โ€œI told him that I just have 5 more years of my job before I can slow things down and maybe move back there and spend time with him,โ€ she continued.  I knew she and her 85 uncle were close.  And when she told me what he said next, I could feel the weight in her heart.  โ€œI may not be here by then,โ€ her uncle said with sadness. I saw her eyes tear up as her brain tried to make sense of it all.  โ€œThat really hit me hard, Katie,โ€ she said.  โ€œHave I just been living on Autopilot for all these years?โ€ What does Living on Autopilot look like?  Living on Autopilot means youโ€™re just kinda coasting through life.  Youโ€™re showing up and doing what you โ€œshouldโ€ do, or continuing to do life in a certain way because thatโ€™s how youโ€™ve always done it, or thatโ€™s how it โ€œshouldโ€ be done, or thatโ€™s how everyone else does it.  Weโ€™re told that this way of living is โ€œsafeโ€ and โ€œconventionalโ€ and even โ€œnormal.โ€  We keep showing up to the job that doesnโ€™t fulfill usโ€ฆ We keep eating the same foods that donโ€™t nourish usโ€ฆ We tote our kids around to all the activities because weโ€™re supposed toโ€ฆ We slowly forget about our big dreams because theyโ€™re not practicalโ€ฆ And we fall into the habit of living a โ€œgood enoughโ€ life thatโ€™s run on autopilot.   The Scariest Part About Living on Autopilot The scariest part about living on Autopilot is not realizing that we are living on autopilot until itโ€™s too late.   Well, technically, itโ€™s never too late, but you get my point.  Autopilot living eats up our precious time here.  And isnโ€™t the point to actually live our lives?  How Do I Know If Iโ€™m Living My Life on Autopilot? Are you deeply in love with your life?  Are you excited for the days ahead?  Do you feel a sense of fulfillment and joy? If you answered yes, then congratulations!  You are living an intentional life, building it brick by brick!  Itโ€™s a hard job, but a worthwhile one. :)  If you answered no to any of these questionsโ€ฆthen maybe itโ€™s worth considering that some parts of your life are on autopilot right now.   How Do I Get Out of Autopilot Mode? Self-Awareness.   Meditation is a free, simple tool to use to practice listening to your intuition.   And your intuition will help you identify what feels off, unfulfilled or hungry for change.   Try this guided meditation right nowโ€ฆjust press play and let me do the guiding. ;)  Living an Intentional Life Once you start unraveling the areas of your life that are on autopilot, youโ€™ll be free to create each piece of your life with intention.   And this is where meditation can be used seamlessly in your life to help you stay deeply connected to yourself as you navigate your life every single day! If you want to learn a bit more about how powerful meditation can be to get you out of an autopilot life and into creating a life from intention, then get on the waitlist for the Meditate to Magic courseโ€ฆthere are lots of goodies and deals that those on the waitlist are getting this week!
