    MISSING: Gregory ‘Keith’ Mann Jr.

It’s the kind of detail that lingers: a meeting, just after midnight… that no one can explain. In May 1997, 20-year-old Keith Mann was building a future—new apartment, new job, new fiancée. But sometime after being dropped off at home late that night, Keith stepped back out into the dark to meet someone. By morning, he was gone. The only thing left behind was a borrowed car from the dealership he’d been working at. Found abandoned in a church parking lot right next to his parent’s home. Decades later, that midnight meeting is still a mystery. No one has ever come forward. If you remember Keith or anything about his life in Wichita Falls in 1997, his family is still searching for answers.  You can share information or memories through the Missing Mann Project website or connect with them on the Missing Mann Project Facebook page, where they continue to keep Keith’s story alive – and hope that one day, the person he went to meet will finally be known.Source materials for this episode cannot be listed here due to character limitations. • Alma Fielding and the Thornton Heath Haunting

Alma Fielding and the Thornton Heath Haunting

In February 1938, thirty-four-year-old housewife Alma Fielding went to the press with an amazing story: her home in the London suburb of Croydon was haunted. According to Alma, objects would fly off the shelves without the aid of human hands, the family was constantly under assault from unseen forces, and on multiple occasions, they found a six-fingered handprint on a mirror. It was through a local clergyman that paranormal investigator Nandor Fodor learned of Alma’s haunting and he was immediately interested in the family. As a member of the International Institute for Psychical Research, Fodor had recently come under attack from the Spiritualist community, who saw him as nothing more than a cynic, and he was looking for precisely this kind of case to reestablish himself as a believer. However, after several months studying Alma and the haunting of the Fielding home, Fodor found himself at the center of a story far more complex than he’d ever expected.  ReferencesCrane, Lionel. 1938. The Decades

In July 1976, a young couple camping in a Wisconsin state park were both shot dead. For forty years, investigators had a sketch, a plate number, a blood type — and not enough DNA to test. The investigation would span decades until the truth eventually surfaced. Talking Dateline: Heartless

Keith Morrison sits down with Josh Mankiewicz to discuss his latest episode, “Heartless.” When 53-year-old Talina Galloway went missing from her Oklahoma home in March 2020, her friends knew something was awry. Police began looking into her disappearance, as did a group of online sleuths who called themselves “Talina’s Army.” Eventually, the investigation led police to Talina’s body and to her killer, who was all too close to home. Josh and Keith discuss the ways armchair detectives can help and hurt investigations, as well as the sci-fi subculture that formed a major part of Talina’s life. Then, Josh answers your questions from social media.  Listen to the full episode of “Heartless”: https://swap.fm/l/dl_heartless Have a question for Talking Dateline? Halle Berry’s Custody Fight, Killed by His In-Laws & a Surrogacy “House of Horrors”

Former judge and attorney Michele Locke, host of the Love Lust Law podcast, is back on Juicy Crimes, and we have so much to get through. We start with Halle Berry’s custody war with Olivier Martinez and his child abuse accusation, and Michele explains what the judge’s temporary order really means. Then we get into the Northlake, Texas mom accused of stabbing her two babies and her husband, and whether there’s a disturbing pattern of moms snapping after the Lindsay Clancy trial. We cover the New York Times exec allegedly gunned down by his elderly in-laws mid-divorce, the Arcadia “house of horrors” couple with more than 20 surrogate-born kids, the Ohio family with 16 children found in one room, and the royal doctor killed during her kids’ sleepover. Plus Chris Watts’ new fiancée, why women fall for men in prison, and Michele’s take on how hard it is for a powerful woman to date. -Go to https://RO.CO/juicycrimes to see if you qualify.
