Tackling Men's Mental Health- Jason Doyle and No Map for Manhood

Jason Doyle is on a mission to answer one question. He is running 3000 miles across America to get the answer. What does it take to be a man? If you asked ten people you would probably get a different answer every time. Jason himself struggled with this question and didn’t like the answers he was getting. He realized he was running from his fears not facing them. He wanted to bring awareness to the struggles men face in answering this question for themselves and to bring awareness to the mental health crises that is growing for men and boys across the country. Realizing there is no map for manhood he decided to open the conversation by hitting the road – running from California to New York and talking to people along the way about this issue. A Conversation with William Stillman- The Autism Whisperer and Psychic Visionary

Thanks for being present with me today for a conversation with The Autism Whisperer and psychic visionary William Stillman. If you are a fan of podcasts and metaphysical topics, you may be familiar with a podcast called The Telepathy Tapes. Hosted by Ky Dickens, the podcast shares stories and investigates claims of telepathy among non-speaking autistic individuals. The podcast really captured people’s interest and reached the No. 1 spot on the podcast charts for both Spotify and Apple in the United States in late 2024 and early 2025. During this time, it briefly surpassed The Joe Rogan Experience in popularity. I listened to the series and was captured by the idea of autistic people being able to communicate by telepathy. A few weeks ago, when I was surfing around Linked In and saw author William Stillman’s post about his experience working with autistic and special needs kids with spiritual gifts it caught my attention. William has been involved with working with children and people with disabilities since 1987 and he is the award winning author of 10 autism and special needs parenting books including the groundbreaking work Autism and the God Connection which was released in 2006. William has also worked professionally as a psychic medium and spiritual counselor since 2004 so he has had a unique window in to the world of people and kids with autism. The Blessing of a Broken Heart with Sherri Mandell

As the conflict between Israel and Palestine continues to rage on, it's the regular people who are suffering. Mothers who have lost children, families shattered by loss of loved ones, these are the people who are really affected. The pain doesn't go away. Sherri Mandell’s son Koby was only 13 when he was brutally murdered by Palestinian terrorists on May 8, 2001. He was killed along with his 14-year-old friend Josef when they were hiking in a canyon not far from their home. They were found in a cave after being stoned to death. Apparently, they died in a chance encounter with their attackers. The killers have never been identified. Sherri writes about this in her book The Blessing of a Broken Heart, which was first released in 2009. In the book she describes her refusal to give in to hatred. Instead, after Koby’s death she started The Koby Mandell Foundation that runs a camp and healing retreats in Israel for family members of terror victims. The foundation continues it's work today. It’s easy to be outraged when you hear stories like this, but they are important to hear. As Sherri says in the book, while her broken heart will never be the same and she will always long for her son -it is possible to build a new heart. When we can see others in pain and suffering and we see ourselves, we can become more compassionate and be able to touch others. That is the blessing of a broken heart. I’m Diane Ray and if you came across this podcast you might remember me from Hay House Radio or Unity Online Radio, or maybe even one of the radio stations I worked at in Florida, Texas, and California. I have been doing this for a long time. When I decided to get into the podcast game and launch a show, I wasn’t sure what to call it. It seemed that all the good names were taken. I wanted people who were interested in the same things that I am to listen – topics like metaphysics, spirituality, God, is there a God? Paranormal phenomena, life after death, and people doing extraordinary things with their lives that could inspire others. I know it’s a diverse list. The more I stressed over a name for the show, I kept thinking of the advice of Louise Hay the founder of Hay House. She would say the point of power is in the present moment. I love Diane Ray’s interviews. She is curious & deeply intellectual in her probing of a topic yet kind & humble toward her guests at the same time—a rare combination! Diane Ray has the intelligence to expertly address issues while encouraging her guests to explore such topics even further during the broadcast & giving them plenty of air time to do so. Most journalists & interviewers are constantly trying to prove how smart THEY are at the expense of their guests, but not Diane Ray—she truly makes the show a two-way conversation that lifts the intellectual scope of the discussion even higher to a groundbreaking & fascinating level. I wish all interviewers were like her—what a gem.
